Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered:

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Upon inspection, we will offer a full refund or exchange the item at no additional cost.

Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns due to change of mind or other non-defect reasons:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Return Process

  1. Initiate a return request through our online portal or by contacting customer service.
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked.
  4. Ship the item to the provided return address.
  5. Allow 5-10 business days for processing upon receipt of the returned item.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

  • Items damaged during return shipping may be subject to a reduced refund.
  • Returns of special order or custom items may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Any approved returns for these items will be refunded as store credit only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
