6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

Defective or Incorrect Items:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund after inspection.

Customer-Initiated Returns:
Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom, special order, or personalized items cannot be returned.
